The movie Isn’t it Romantic definitely had it right when they said none of the feels. While this movie puts out the vibe fun and carefree it is nothing more then a silly attempt at making fun of romantic comedies. Throwing a jaded girl in front of a camera complaining her life sucks all while having to get hit on the head in order to make it clear that she had the life she always wanted right from the start. “Yes it’s been done before, many times”. I didn’t think it was possible to make a romantic comedy without feelings but they have done it. I felt nothing after seeing this movie other then what a waste of time it was. Knowing this movie was nothing to take serious does not change the fact that this movie is only worth a pity laugh. I gave this movie a 4 out of 10 stars.

The movie Fighting with my Family is a true life story about a family that fights a little different then most. In there house fights can only be settled in the ring with spandex. Can you smell what this movie is cooking ? A funny charismatic journey of self discovery that will bring you to your feet cheering for that next move. It’s always nice to see a movie that can make you laugh while pulling on those heart strings. I gave this movie a 8 out of 10 stars.

The movie Happy Death Day 2U will not have you running scared or jumping in your seat. This time around they felt it was more appropriate to keep you highly confused and ultimately disappointed. It might be the same day with a different killer but throw in a crazy twisted plot with loose ends that will make you wish u ate the poisoned cupcake right from the very beginning to put you out of your misery. The movie itself was funny at times with some entertaining moments but in the end it seemed like it was trying too hard to be something it’s not, a science fiction thriller with a silly killer on the loose. I gave this movie a 4 1/2 out of 10 stars.

The movie Glass was an entertaining spectacle that brings seemingly normal men out of the shadows and into the light. To showcase their extraordinary abilities they must become who they were written to be and face what has begun. This film was a strong addition to the trilogy that will bring everything full circle. For those of you who haven’t seen UNBREAKABLE AND SPLIT you should probably watch them before seeing GLASS. I gave this movie a 7 out of 10 stars.

Movie WHAT MEN WANT Reviews

The movie What Men Want will certainly make you laugh out loud but unfortunately it will also make you shake your head in disappointment. Another raunchy comedy with very little to offer as a remake, this movie will never compare to the original film staring Mel Gibson. Let the games begin indeed, after 19 years this movie had the opportunity to do something different and tell the truth about what men actually want. Unfortunately this movie only provides exactly what we would expect, an over sexualization of women and the things men do behind our backs that we expect out of fear due to our own insecurities. This movie provides very little truth or wisdom about what men want, in a comparison to the original which plays like a drama with its subtle humor that you can actually take seriously. This new rendition of the film feels like it’s made by teenagers with no clue. A bunch of adults who act like children with humor directed towards a younger generation of people that just don’t care about making a good movie anymore, they just settle for an okay popcorn flick to chuckle at. Either way this movie is just another silly comedy that adds no real value to its genre. I gave this movie a 4 out of 10 stars.
